I have purchased jewelry from Mr. Dennis for almost 20 years now. He has repaired and resized my jewelry as well. Every visit is like visiting an old friend. The team is professional and welcoming. The quality of work, the selections of product and the team is always a FIVE Star experience! He has my business forever!!

I am a Bride who is marrying into a family who has bought from Dennis Jewelry for generations- and not only was I was very pleased with the custom work done on my engagement ring, but we were visiting San Antonio for one day and came to pick up our wedding rings- only to find they were a little too small. Knowing we were flying out the next morning, Mr. Dennis came to the rescue- he resized both rings, had them engraved, and fixed my future mother in law's necklace in under an hour. I would have never anticipated that level of service, but Mr. Dennis went above and beyond for us. I am in awe, and can see why my new family insists on using his services for every special occasion. I cannot recommend his services more.

My wife and I took two gemstone rings to Dennis Jewelers to try and establish the value of them. We had been to a few other jewelers in town and did not feel comfortable leaving the rings with them. We talked with Mr. Dennis and his team. We had this feeling of complete trust and confidence after visiting with Mr. Dennis. We left the rings with him with no hesitation. He assisted us in determining a value and also grading them with the GIA institute to figure the actual value. My wife has also had many jewelry pieces repaired by his staff. Linda, the sales representative really assisted my wife with the repairs. She was fantastic and so helpful. Our experience was unsurpassed with trust, sincerity, value, friendliness, and a complete feeling of satisfaction. It is like a family with employees that have been with him for many years. Everyone was so friendly with warmth and smiles. We highly recommend the Dennis Family Jewelers. Thank you Dennis!

Very customer service-oriented. Beautiful jewelry. Always clean my jewelry at no charge if I come in for repairs. I lost the main marquis diamond out of my original wedding ring from 1987 years ago. Suzanne, who worked there at the time, helped me design a new ring around a beautiful new marquis diamond they found for me. Bobby made that new ring for me and it’s one of a kind. I get compliments on it all the time!

I had an engagement ring made here based on a recommendation from my best friend, and they did an absolutely amazing job. I sent Kim a couple of reference photos and also sent a stone from my mother who has passed away. They went above and beyond and created a ring that was even better than what I had in my head. Highly recommend these guys, and I will definitely have them make a wedding band next. 10/10

If you need ANYTHING cleaned, or resized this is the place you need to go. The customer service was the best I have ever received. The owner worked on my engagement ring himself, and the sales woman who worked with me was outstanding. They are also extremely timely and easy to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about Dennis Jewelry Co!!!!!
